Waves of loss and grief
All human beings are at one time or the other bonded by feelings of loss and grief. People may grieve differently when they suffer loss and the losses can take the form of losing a job, friendship, home, death of a loved one or loss of dreams and values.
It is but natural that when you experience a loss you may feel a deep sense of sadness and emptiness. You may be concerned that you will never feel better while those around you may expect you to move on. Grief can often come like waves, which can be intense. These waves can come all of a sudden and barely give you a chance to breathe. As years go by these waves may tend to lessen or the gaps of waves widen.
